Adrian Garcia for 3 years and has received not a dime. He also stated that when we, the residents have to call HPD to also call a Constable. They work hand in hand with HPD and most likely a Constable will arrive first due to shortage of HPD officers and the higher priority calls. He gave his dispatch # 713.477.4070, office # 713.477.2766 and c/p 832.875.0111. Then he took questions from those in attendance. Sgt Russell with HPD agreed with C. Russell is on evening shift and stated that he will make sure more evening shift officers are visible in patrolling. OM.Secretary, R. Snow read the minutes of our last meeting in April.
