Civic Club Officers
Oak Meadows Civic Club is a voluntary non-profit homeowner association which began in 1952’s, around the time our neighborhood was built and plays an active role in maintaining, the quality and attractiveness of their surroundings. It aids the processes of democracy, providing means for neighbors to communicate at the most effective neighborhood level. The end goal of these efforts is to develop a total community of informed, responsible and productive active residents for the betterment of our living surroundings. We extend our gratitude to the following officers who have served, completed their term, and have assisted in the change of our environment today!

1994 – 2006
Rita Castro successfully involved Llyondell-Bassell into sponsoring one of the beautification projects throughout the community totaling the funding sum of $60,000 for street lights. In 2009, Michelle Miranda initiated the re-opening of our community civic club to bring awareness to the Houston City officials and our surrounding refinery neighbors which has been a thriving partnership!
