FREE IMMUNIZATIONS FOR CHILDREN, CARING FOR CHILDREN FOUNDATION CARE VAN

The following HFD Fire Stations have been designated to participate in the FREE Children’s Immunization Program (birth-18 years) sponsored by the Houston Fire Department & Caring for Children Foundation Care Van Program.

All children’s vaccines will be provided toUNINSURED and MEDICAID children.
***Sorry they cannot service children with CHIP or private insurance.***

Bring your child’s current immunization record to any of the clinics listed here.
Parents or guardians MUST accompany their children.

The Carevan will be at the following locations from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
