Javier Frutos

My name is Javier Frutos and I’m excited to introduce myself as your new Community Liaison with Commissioner Adrian Garcia’s Office for the South East/Greater Hobby/Sagemont/Southbelt area. I bring with me over 17 years of experience in public service. I spent 15 years working with the City of Houston, followed by the last 2 years with Harris County Precinct 2. Throughout my career, my focus has primarily been in code enforcement and inspection services, working closely with residents and businesses to ensure safe and thriving communities.As your Community Liaison for Harris County Precinct 2, I look forward to hearing and working with you.
